Wildflour is a non-profit business that unites master chef Alberto
San Giorgio and his staff of specialty chefs with innovative educators
and developmentally disabled assistants.
For these Wildflour assistants, challenges are met with special
supervision and imaginative task design. Educators and kitchen
staff lead the team in essential Wildflour tasks like chopping,
pealing, packaging and delivery. In addition to job skills and
a salary, assistants gain social time with staff and customers,
enriching all in the process.
July 2005 – Wildflour launches Just Rewards for Dogs™ healthy dog treats. Available at our retail locations.
